NBCUniversal’s Universal Kids has acquired the US TV rights for Jam Media’s children’s show Little Roy.
The US network will air the show every weekday during the channel’s Sprout programming block, which is aimed at preschoolers.
Little Roy is a 52 x 14-minute live-action/animated hybrid series is broadcast by TRTÉ and RTÉ TWO In Ireland, CBBC and CBeebies in the UK and ABC Kids in Australia. The show centres on the title character Roy O’Brien, the 5-year-old animated son of a live-action family.
